Information we collect
We may collect customer name, email address, phone number, company name, GSTIN, selected product and plan, order and payment references, licence identifiers, device identifiers used for activation, software version, activation history and support communications.
Payment card, UPI and banking credentials are entered on Cashfree's hosted checkout. PrathmEx does not receive or store complete card numbers, PINs or OTPs.
How information is used
- To create and verify orders and licences.
- To activate licences and prevent unauthorised use.
- To deliver downloads, invoices and service messages.
- To provide support, device transfers, refunds and complaint handling.
- To maintain accounting, security and legal records.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to operate the service, including Cashfree for payments, Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for protected cloud data and the selected transactional email provider. Each provider receives only the information required for its role.
Retention and security
Order, invoice and licence records are retained for business, security and legal requirements. Access is restricted and server credentials are not placed in public website code. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

To request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, contact rarahulaahuja@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, licensing or legal obligations.
