Licence grant
A completed purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the selected PrathmEx product for the purchased duration and plan limits. Ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred.
Hardware activation
Licences are hardware-bound. The customer should install and activate on the intended computer. A device change must follow the published transfer process. Attempts to bypass activation, alter licence files or use a licence beyond its plan limits are prohibited.
Plans, payment and tax
All prices are in INR and inclusive of 18% GST. No additional GST is charged at checkout. Payment must be successfully verified before a licence is delivered. Fixed-duration licences end on the stated expiry date and require a new customer-approved payment for renewal.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate order information, meeting published system requirements, keeping business data backed up and using the software lawfully. The software must not be copied, resold, reverse engineered or used to violate third-party rights, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
Updates and availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep activation and support services available. Scheduled maintenance, internet outages and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect online services. Activated desktop software is designed to continue locally subject to its licence status and applicable offline policy.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Katni, Madhya Pradesh.
